Jeong Kwan-jang pulled off a dramatic victory at home.

Jung Kwanjang defeated Heungkuk Saengsim 3-1 in three sets in the second round of the 2023-2024 V-League Women's Playoffs at Chungmu Gymnasium in Daejeon on April 24. After suffering a 1-3 reversal in the first round of the playoffs on April 22, Jung Kwanjang evened the series at 1-1 and forced the third round.

After dropping the first game, head coach Ko Hee-jin was determined to make amends at home. He told SBS Sports before the match, "Park Hye-min's performance is important, but we have to fight as a team. Jia and Mega combined for 55 points, while Kim Se-in added nine. Heungkuk Life, on the other hand, was unable to carry over the momentum from the first set, despite struggles from Kim Yeon-kyung (22 points), Willow (11 points) and Reina (10 points).

Meanwhile, Jungkwanjang and Heungkuk Life will play for a spot in the championship finals at 7 p.m. on Nov. 26 at Samsan World Gymnasium in Incheon.
